Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the physical security operations within the region - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard the data centers - Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for effective liaisoning and coordination - Conduct regular risk assessments and devise strategies for risk mitigation - Manage a team of security professionals and ensure adherence to security standards - Collaborate with internal teams to address security concerns and implement solutions - Monitor security performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management - Stay updated with industry best practices and implement relevant security technologies - Act as a point of contact for all security-related matters within the region - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in the data centers industry - Proven track record in physical security and risk management - Demonstrated experience in site management and local liaisoning - Strong leadership and people management skills - Experience in overseeing security operations in a region
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
