The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts, sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent for various positions within the organization. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

- Experience in IT staff augmentation and system integration
- Knowledge of Cloud Migration and digital transformation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in tech recruiting is a plus
