Job Description

Job Title:Lead Recruiter/ Associate Recruitment Lead

Job Location:Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: With at least 2+ years.

Shift Timings: 9 am to 7 pm IST

Job Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Core Domestic IT recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience in managing or mentoring a team of 3-5 Recruiters.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing a team of recruiters.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment solutions to clients.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements::

• Should have experience in handling teams of 2 to 3 + recruiters.
• Team handling and management experience is preferred.
• Should be from a consulting background only.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should have experience of Head Hunting.
• Should have Recruitment experience with IT Clients.
