Diagnal is Looking for:
Diagnal is seeking a talented and experienced React.js Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance applications, particularly in the realm of TV development with Tizen and/or WebOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Application Development Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient React.js applications.
- Implement best practices for application performance and optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Performance Monitoring Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Utilize performance testing tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize application speed.
- Collaboration Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in React.js development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Proven experience in application performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with TV development on Tizen and/or WebOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Web TV development, Shaka player, Bitmovin player, OTT, and e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Environment
This is a remote position, and you will be expected to work during IST hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while collaborating with a global team.
