Job Description



  1. Quality Assurance Leadership:
    • Function as the overall lead for quality assurance of all aspects of the project.
    • Provide technical inputs for NACP-related data quality, data analysis for strategic planning, and evidence building to the project team.
    • Identifying specific training and capacity building needs by interacting with the teams and developing an operational plan for the same
    • Strengthen data driven decision making and assessment by the team that will be monitored for quality assurance.
  2. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Responsible for the M&E component outputs, consolidated DISHA monthly reports, DISHA Score Card, and data for SOC meetings.
    • Provide technical and strategic guidance to technical experts.
    • Core responsibility around dedicated software that will monitor processes, personnel and outputs of the DISHA cluster coordinators team through sustained quality assurance and initiating AI driven data management processes.
  3. Support and Coordination:
    • Support evidence building, knowledge management, and strategic planning for cluster-level and regional-level technical experts through continuous coordination, review meetings, and field visits.
    • Coordinate with the NACO Regional CB Hub for capacity and skill building of Technical Experts on data management, analysis, inference, and evidence building.
  4. Field Visits and Supervision:
    • Make field visits to support technical experts and ensure appropriate DISHA-specific supportive supervision.
    • Conduct review meetings with Technical Experts along with the Lead Program Implementation on a monthly basis.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Serve as the nodal person for coordinating with the State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) in the assigned region regarding project activities.
    • Report to the Chief Operating Officer.
    • Spend a minimum of 12 days in the field per month.

Qualifications:

  • Master s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in NACP projects and with extensive understanding of SACS and districts level operations.
  • Good knowledge of the NACP and public health systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
  • Proven experience as a team player.
  • Prior mentoring and capacity-building experience in NACP will be preferred.
