Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance professional for our Bangalore office. This is a full-time senior position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA efforts, ensuring product quality, and implementing best practices in testing and automation.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in test automation with expertise in tools like selenium and Appium, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Strong foundation in software testing principles and methodologies to drive the testing processes efficiently.
- Leadership and management skills to guide QA teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Proficiency in risk management to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies effectively.
- Experience with Ci/CD tools to integrate testing effectively into continuous delivery pipelines.
- Knowledge of JUnit for automated unit testing in Java to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies for iterative and incremental software development.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
