Lead Project Engineer

THERMAX Air-conditioning Systems, founded in 2001, is a leading company in Kerala specializing in the maintenance and operation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. We have partnered with major companies like DAIKIN, Johnson Control (York), Trane, Hitachi, and Carrier to offer their services throughout Kerala.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Project Engineer at THERMAX Air-conditioning Systems. The Lead Project Engineer will be responsible for communication, project management, project engineering, project planning, and electrical engineering. The role will involve managing and overseeing projects, coordinating with various teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, and providing technical expertise.

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in project management, project engineering, and project planning
• Strong background in electrical engineering
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
