Responsibilities
Job Summary
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSP program for the Amazon account, ensuring smooth delivery of contingent workforce solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and program satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contingent labor, ensuring quality delivery and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements, workforce needs, and timelines to ensure optimal staffing solutions.
- Drive program compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, regulations, and Pinnacles best practices.
- Lead program initiatives to enhance performance, improve operational efficiency, and address any client or program challenges.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring they meet program standards and deliver quality candidates within the agreed timelines.
- Prepare and deliver regular program performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure program integrity and adherence to client and legal requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring their development and success within the program.
- Stay informed on market trends and best practices in workforce management, recommending new strategies to improve program success.
Must Haves
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) program management or contingent workforce management, ideally supporting large accounts.
- Experience working with VMS tools and managing contingent labor processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements within the MSP model.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team, with the ability to guide junior team members to success.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
