- We are looking to hire a sharp and seasoned general to lead this critical vertical. The Lead of programs is a key member of the senior leadership team here and is responsible for making and implementing strategic choices that will catalyze impact at scale.

Responsibilities:
In summary: Create, implement, and codify a world-class program operations plan; build a strong, culturally identifiable, and high-performing team and create and implement a strategic stakeholder engagement plan.
- End-to-end planning, resourcing, implementation, and monitoring of the program in the target geographies.
- Enable collection, analysis, and review of program operations data to continually improve program reach, completion, and quality.
- Help create and monitor systems for the smooth rollout of program sessions, anticipate roadblocks, and enable the team to manage them.
- Identifying, training, and maintaining a highly motivated, agile, and action-oriented team Defining and fostering a culture of high energy, learning, and fun in the team. Integrating part-time facilitators and full-time facilitators into the program team and the larger team culture.
- Create and implement an effective stakeholder engagement process that ensures that stakeholders own the program outcomes.
- Review the codified components and ensure that they are scale-ready.
- Track the short and long-term impact of the program and enable opportunities for the Alumni in a scalable, systemic manner.
- Drive the program scale strategy.
- Track Program budgets and ensure minimum variances.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination and updates
Profile Requisites:
- You are a born general - an ace at planning, rallying the troops, briefing, leading from the front and keeping focus on the goal to be met.
- You can think on your feet, are able to zoom in to the details and zoom out to see the connections with the big picture.
- You are adept at forging and strengthening relationships with different stakeholders You can break down complex problems into smaller components and encourage ownership amongst the team and stakeholders to solve them.
- You can see how the pieces of the puzzle fit together and can scale parts or sum of parts You have your own style of leadership that you are comfortable exploring and strengthening.
- You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, half of which are leading diverse teams.
