Our client is looking for a visionary leader, strategic thinker, and demonstrated team-builder. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, managing enhancements to existing products, and leading multiple product teams. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks, and have outstanding communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple product teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
- Oversee the development and implementation of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Develop and implement product strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives and compliance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure projects meet business goals and user needs
- Ensure the continuous improvement of product management processes, tools, and practices
- Support the testing and launch of new products and features
- Conduct regular market research and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions
- Manage and optimize product budgets and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a product management role
- Proven expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps and strategies
- Extensive experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or similar
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives
