Responsibilities
- A strong motivation for driving clarity; for yourself, your team and your stakeholders.
- You yourself have previously been either an Engineer, a Product Manager or a Product Designer for 6+ years. You must have done one of these roles yourself, where you worked in a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
- A record of using data to measure success. (e.g. OKRs or other methods)
- A good understanding of DevOps and CICD.
- You're up-to-date on the latest user interface design principles and best practices and you're comfortable doing basic mock-ups/ wireframes.
- A deep understanding of the Discovery phase.
- While we aren't expecting you to be an Agile coach, you must understand the basic ceremonies and the ways Agile can go wrong.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A master at planning request work alongside strategic work.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflicts, and build strong working relationships.
- Above all, a pragmatic decision maker who can articulate their reasoning.
Qualifications
- You have experience working on B2B products that have a hardware element.
- You have experience launching products globally.
- You have experience managing APMs and PM and led a Product trio.
- You're just as comfortable in the weeds of prepping a sprint as you are creating a Jobs to be Done tree.
