About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and the overall look and feel of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
- Ensure designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help grow the design team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and techniques.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and timely implementation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
