Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Process Engineer to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited. As a Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing various industrial processes to meet our client's requirements. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Executive: More than 10 years of experience in process engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate process engineering activities for assigned projects
- Design and optimize industrial processes to meet client requirements
- Develop and implement process control strategies
- Monitor and analyze process data and performance indicators
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, proposing and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends and advances in process engineering
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers
