Consulting: Solve business problems for pharmaceutical clients, providing tailored solutions that address their needs.
Solutioning and Presales Support: Align client requirements with Indegenes service offerings and provide support for RFP responses, proposal development, and defense discussions.
Proposal Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proposals, manage the bid process, and lead proposal defense efforts.
Business Development: Understand our products and services to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and uncover new business prospects.
Strategic Input: Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to define win themes and value propositions. Drive discovery sessions to shape opportunities and build the pipeline.
Collateral Creation: Develop case studies and business cases to enhance service positioning.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on business and marketing trends, conduct research to gather account intelligence, and maintain regular trackers and reports for BU leadership.
Expected Skillset:
Education: Master s degree in business, communication, pharma, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in presales, solutioning, clinical R&D, or a related field.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Clinical R&D and experience with CROs preferred. Knowledge of clinical operations, biometrics, and RWD/E concepts is advantageous.
Skills: Proven ability to manage complex deals and develop solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
