Job Description

The incumbent has to understand the Business and have the ability to not only come up with ideas & solutions but also have strong drive and energy to translate them to action.
You will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Acquire talent through various sources with experience in both tech and non-tech domains.
- Performance improvement & skill enhancement programs: Building high performance driven culture.
- HR Strategy: Aligning HR Strategy with Business Objectives.
- HR Operations: Working on operational improvement initiatives and implement HR Solutions.
- Work environment and culture engagement: Driving engagement and culture development initiatives in the organization.
- Conflict Resolution: Handling employee grievances.
- Branding: Creating Brand including EVP and social media interventions.
Desired Skills:
- MBA (HR specialization) with 5+ years of experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Creative bent of mind and excellent execution skills
- Ability to multi task with high quality output
- Highly creative individual with a drive to learn and connect with people
- A solutions finder who can quickly to drive things to closure
