Role Description
As a Senior Pega Decisioning Architect at CXForward, you will be responsible for working with clients to design and implement Pega Decisioning solutions to address their customer engagement challenges. This is a full-time remote role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customize implementation plans, and ensure successful solution delivery. You will also provide guidance and expertise to junior architects and developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CXForward's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega Decisioning and Marketing solutions to support business objectives.
- Develop and configure Pega Decisioning strategies, predictive models, and adaptive models to optimize customer interactions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of decisioning solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Pega developers and architects.
- Conduct regular reviews of decisioning logic and models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Stay current with Pega advancements and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve decisioning solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to align decisioning strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega Decisioning applications.
- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for decisioning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Pega Decisioning and Marketing applications.
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer decisioning and engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing decisioning solutions in complex environments.
- Proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
