Lead Payment Service Analyst

Gigged.AI is a freelance talent marketplace specialising in the IT and technology sector. We have an opprtunity live at the moment for a Lead Payment Service Analyst with experience. This is a fully remote gig but is only open to consultants located in India who can support UK hours. Standard working week will be 40 hours per week, but willing to consider consultants looking for part time work (20 hours per week) as long as there is no conflict of interest between this project and another role. Daily rate is 105.

Requirements:

Lead Payment Service Analyst with the following experience and capabilities.

Experience of working in Financial Services sector focused on Payment services.

Knowledge of Payment regulations like PSR , PSD2/3 and its implication on financial institutions like Banks and Open banking driven payments in UK

Experience in analysis of PSD2 / PSD3 and the impact of PSD3 on Payments and Electronic money institution.

Experience in building PoV on various financial products and consultancy services

Responsibilities

Conducting comparative analysis of EU's proposed revision PSD3 against PSD2 and benchmarking for industry standards.

Preparing a point of view on financial institutes thinking of adopting PSD3, like Banks and various payment services

Build Use Cases based on current capabilities

Communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior management, including implication on Open banking driven payments
