Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with prospects, and contributing to the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to discover new business opportunities through networking, market research, and digital outreach.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms of collaboration.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure client requirements are met.

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record of successfully pitching and securing new business.
