Lead - Oracle EBS Finance Functional

Experience: 5+ Years

Mandatory Skills:

• Must hold a degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, B.Tech, CA, or any finance-related field.
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation and support project.
• Expertise in designing custom solutions based on client requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules includingGL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
• Solid understanding of key business processes likeProcure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and accounting principles.
• Proficient ininvoiceandpayment processes.
• Familiar with basic setups such asSupplier, Customer, Ledger, Value Sets.
• Knowledge ofhost-to-host processesis essential.
• Basic understanding ofSQL queries.
• Awareness ofAccounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR) month-end processes.
• Experience with raisingOracle SRsand collaborating with Oracle support teams for issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leadand manage theSupport Teamto ensure timely resolution of finance-related issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact forcustomer managementregarding finance functional queries.
• Provide mentorship and guidance tojunior team members, fostering their growth and skills development.
• Ensure compliance withgovernment statutory changesand provide solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate withbusiness usersto gather and document new requirements, ensuring timely delivery as per the approved schedule.
• Design and implement new solutions based on evolving business needs.
• Offerquick resolutionsto user queries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Liaise with business users and keystakeholdersto ensure alignment on project goals and solutions.
• Guide the team in understanding and executingnew requirements.
• Maintain comprehensivedocumentationfor all project-related activities and processes.
