This role focuses on end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, team building, and execution of Qualitative and Quantitative assessments and Ed-tech projects on the ground. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality deliverables, fostering relationships with government officials and stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to improve project outcomes. The role also involves training, solving technical issues, and supporting teachers and students. Additionally, the role includes managing project budgets, facilitating school visits, and ensuring effective problem-solving on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Scoping, project planning, creating budget, team building, project execution and reporting.
- Project Execution/Implementation on the ground and ensuring deliverables are met with high quality & NPS > 90.
- Coordinate and liaise with all level of government officials and relevant stakeholders and maintaining a good relationship.
- Using Mindspark/Assessment usage data to get insights, taking data-based decisions to improve execution and learning.
- Preparing project progress report on a daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
- Resolve high-quality technical issues with the IT/product team, escalate unresolved queries, issues, and bugs.
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and monitoring the ground team members and problem-solving on the ground with contractual resources.
- Providing required support to teachers and students through training and handholding by school visits.
- Conduct and facilitate schools visits for funder, government officials, and Ei team members as per need.
- Creating and managing project budget by adhering to all project/Ei compliances.
