Overview
The Lead Operations role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance business performance
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of daily activities
- Oversee resource allocation and utilization to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows
- Identify and analyze operational challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks and enhance performance
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements
- Manage and optimize supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and implement enhancements to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure operational adherence
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on operational decisions and initiatives
- Participate in the development and monitoring of operational budgets and forecasts
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve escalated operational issues and address customer/client concerns in a timely and effective manner

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams
- In-depth knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on key operational metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize operational workflows
- Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant operational software
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
- Sound understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management principles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions
- Certification in operations management or related field (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus
- Ability to travel as required to oversee operational activities across different locations
