Job Title: Team Lead - US Offline Marketing

Job Summary:
Cuemath is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage the US Offline Marketing team from our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a team, overseeing daily marketing operations, and driving project success through efficient resource management. This role requires a strong focus on team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and relationship-building with stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-6 members (Teacher Buddies).
- Set clear goals and targets for the team, monitor progress, and conduct regular check-ins.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure the team achieves their objectives.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily offline marketing activities.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate project data and ensure timely updates.
- Analyze data to generate insights, recommending optimizations for marketing strategies.
Customer Calls:
- Conduct calls with potential clients and partners to present project benefits and secure partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Financial & Logistics Tracking:
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Oversee logistical elements to support marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on project status and performance for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to strategies to improve outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a team-management role.
- Proven experience in team management, especially within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
