Job Description:

TAC Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead of Product Engineering for our Delhi location. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, domain expertise in cybersecurity, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product engineering team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand sales functions and client requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Assess client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Operate and manage various vulnerability scanning and management tools.
• Collaborate with product management teams to enhance product features and capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate relevant concepts into products.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with at least one programming language (PHP/Python/Java).
• Strong 8-12 Yrs. domain expertise in Cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and operating different vulnerability scanning/management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects.
• Experience with product management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
