Responsibilities :
- Source, screen and headhunt talents through various job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Identifying candidates with right skills to match the client requirements.
- Should have well experience in product tech hiring.
- You will execute the recruitment strategy and drive a proactive pipeline of talents.
- Place job requirement on internet/portals to increase available candidate pool.
- Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to joining, ensuring a high-quality process along the way.
- Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly report to analyze your own performance.
- Meet monthly and quarterly Targets.
Required Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Social Media hiring especially from LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Job posting in various portals (e.g., hirist, indeed, iimjobs, LinkedIn, etc).
- Creating templates for job posting in multiple platforms.
- Experience in handling team is preferable.
- Experience in handling one or multiple clients will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
