Key Responsibilities
- IT Network Lead Operations Enterprise Network Operations for large corporate
- Leading and managing large team of Network operations and project managers
- Hands-on experience in managing large enterprise global network, Cloud networking
- Lead the design and architecture of the organization's network, ensuring it supports current & future needs and is highly available and scalable.
- Evaluate and recommend network technologies, hardware, and software solutions.
- Ensure network designs adhere to industry best practices and standards.
- Responsible for ensuring network stability and performance for On-Premises and Public Cloud networks.
- Integrate observability tool to have insight of Network starting from End user to Cloud Network/DC Network.
Job Responsibilities - Technical Skill
- Techno-functional leader of IT Network establishing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Enterprise NOC Management
- Enterprise network monitoring using various tools
- Observability tools expertise, Like DNAC, Thousand Eyes, ISE etc.
- Cost management for IT Infrastructure & NOC
- End to end Network security operations management
- Design & deployment of high availability solutions including business continuity strategy and disaster recovery plans
- End to end datacenter & Cloud network management
- Advance knowledge & exposure on Deployment of Campus LAN-VLAN-WAN-MPLS-IPSEC-EIGRP-SDWAN for large global enterprise
- Design, implementation and maintenance of Network Firewall (Checkpoint /Cisco/ Fortinet/Palo Alto) , Network security operations, SASE solutions
- Configuration of Core, Distribution and Access Layer switches (Layer2 /Layer 3) with High availability
- Exposure on large network migration and IT Infrastructure migration projects
- Extensive experience on Radius, Mobility, Wireless domain
- Good exposure and understanding of Pricing Model Strategies
- Generate and present reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance to executive leadership.
Experience You'll Need
- 10+ years extensive network engineering and experience of architecture, designing and implementing enterprise (Data center/Public Clouds) at scale using industry standard networking solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Network design, including Data Center, Campus, Public Cloud, and Global WAN connectivity.
- Expert in networking technologies: IPv4/IPv6, BGP/MBGP, VPN, L2 switching, eVPN and VxLAN.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols.
- Advanced knowledge of network layer security, including Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, 802.1.x, Network Authentication Systems, and VPN technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network device monitoring, logging, and automation solutions.
