In this role, you will spearhead the development of advanced machine learning models, taking charge of impactful projects that leverage AI to drive innovation and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and optimization for practical use.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Model Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate model performance consistently, making data-driven enhancements as needed.
- Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, contributing fresh ideas and cutting-edge techniques.
- Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning systems that integrate smoothly into broader software architectures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong track record of leading projects or teams.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python, with experience in data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
