Job Description:

As a Meta Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in achieving our clients marketing objectives by strategically planning and executing ad buys, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive Meta Ads strategies tailored to clients business goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries, competitive landscapes, and audience behavior.

Campaign Execution:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual elements, in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Set up ad sets, targeting, and bidding strategies for optimal performance.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets to maximize the effectiveness of ad spend.
  • Allocate budgets across campaigns and ad sets based on performance metrics and client objectives.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Regularly communicate with the account manager to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Conversion Tracking and Reporting:

  • Implement and manage Meta API conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to conversion tracking and data discrepancies.
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn and effectively utilize the Hyros platform for advanced tracking and attribution.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media buying with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns with substantial budgets.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting software.
  • Understanding of Meta API conversion tracking and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues.
  • Willingness and ability to learn the Hyros platform for enhanced tracking and attribution.
