Description And Requirements

  • Build Strategic partnerships with affordability partners such as banks and NBFCs etc. to create the most compelling affordability proposition for Motorola's potential customers
  • End to end management of affordability programs across channels (Online, Retail, D2C) across multiple financial partners such as banks, NBFCs and new to credit partners including business models, technical models, implementation, monitoring and optimization.
  • Understanding technical requirements and managing the integrations for affordability solutions.
  • Managing end to end recon and settlement with affordability partners.
  • Enable Loyalty, Retention and Upgrade/exchange programs for exiting Motorola customers.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with software partners such as Google to drive co-marketing investments.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with operator partners such as Jio/Airtel to drive affordability and offers along with co-marketing investments.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with Chipset partners such as Qualcomm and MediaTek to drive co-marketing investments.
  • Build direct alliances with key consumer brands to give differentiated consumer propositions for Motorola consumers.
  • Understanding the products, launch cycles, P&Ls and building the necessary strategic support through affordability, comarketing and consumer propositions to maximise sell-out and drive retention.
  • Strong Alliances experience with affordability alliances either at customer end (preferably consumer electronics) or with a bank/NBFC or Telecom operator.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business understanding and strategic planning.
  • Data orientation and strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of technical integration and backend functioning for enabling alliances specifically affordability including validation, recon, settlement etc.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams to drive business objectives
