Who are we looking for:

Role: Lead/Manager Technology - Python

Qualification: B.Tech (CS-IT) / BCA / MCA

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Technology with expertise in Python (FastAPI, Django) and a strong understanding of software architecture. The candidate will lead development teams, engage with clients, design scalable solutions, and participate in hands-on coding when necessary.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Django.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs development, and microservices architecture.
• Mandatory knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React is a plus.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills.

Core Responsibility Areas:

• Design software architecture that aligns with business goals.
• Mentor and guide development teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and translate their needs.
• Write and review code, particularly in Python, using FastAPI and Django.
• Recommend and implement the latest tools and best software development practices.
• Work closely with other key stakeholders in the non-technology practices to understand and
• effectively deliver customer data at scale using appropriate technology and proprietary platforms.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Owners, and Head of Technology to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
• Establish and maintain consistent standards, best practices, and processes throughout the development team.
