As a Lead Management Executive at Talrop, you will play a crucial role in optimising our business operations by efficiently directing incoming leads to the appropriate departments. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen ability to understand company processes. The Lead Management Executive will ensure that all potential business opportunities are maximized by accurately assessing and routing leads to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Efficiently sort and distribute leads to relevant departments based on a thorough understanding of departmental functions and expertise.
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure leads are followed up promptly and effectively, enhancing the potential for conversion.
Input and track the progress of leads through the sales and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Generate regular reports on lead distribution effectiveness and departmental responses to evaluate and improve lead management processes.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand lead generation strategies and improve lead qualification processes to better meet departmental needs.
Occasionally interact with potential clients to gather more information on their needs and direct them to the appropriate contacts within the company.
Collect and relay feedback from departments on the quality of leads received and suggest improvements in lead generation and distribution strategies.
