Job Description
Support existing & new Site Research forecasting processes across all formats for STAR business.
Support Property approval process with sales forecasts and recommendations; adhering to timelines.
Assist Managers/ Stakeholders in developing; maintain location strategy and following the standard Principles for new space to ensure a growing; quality-led pipeline for new space
Assist manager/Stakeholder in developing store network strategy for business expansion.
Collaborate with teams across TBS & STAR for new site opportunities and accurate sales forecasts.
Produce clear; concise reports for site appraisals using best practices.
Monitor competitor activity; provide insightful summaries.
Travel to key cities in India to assess new store potential and competitors.
Advise on new store catchment areas.
Own; maintain data and forecasting tools for Site Research.
Timely report production to derive business insights; Lead/support analytical and technical tasks.
Training & Development: Identify training needs for self & the team and facilitate technical trainings. Maintain training documents and Operating model.
Continuous Improvement: Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for the team.
Qualifications
Advanced MS Office; Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Access
Numerical Skills; Analytical Ability; Problem Solving Skills
Detail driven with focus on handling large data; Data analysis/ Management
Knowledge of Property; Proficient in forecasting sales using sales models.
Effective Communicator Process Coaching; an Eye-to-Detail; Speed and Accuracy; Planning and Organizing
Ability to prepare Dashboards; Financial Reports
Preferred experience in geospatial tools; such as GapMaps.
