Roles and Responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge

2. Lead instructional design strategy to create interactive, engaging, scalable content projects that drive learning transformation

3. Develop standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies

4. Lead content development teams and review all projects for quality, effective learning strategy for content and audience, and adherence to brand standards
