Job Title : Java Developer
Job Type : Onsite(full time)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently or lead a small team to complete requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance, and related documentation.
- Design, develop, and maintain core functions.
- Train and enhance the overall skill level of the team.
- Resolve difficult problems in production and address system performance issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of Java EE development experience.
- Solid foundation in Java, strong OOP and OOD principles, familiarity with various design patterns, and strong coding skills.
- Proficiency with Java open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis.
- Familiarity with MySQL, database design and optimization, Redis caching, message middleware, and ElasticSearch.
- Experience with distributed development and application scenarios of distributed components.
- Experience in concurrent processing and performance optimization.
- Strong learning ability, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to handle work pressure.
- Experience in guiding junior engineers and specialists
