Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Java Developer at Bhavana Tech Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for software development, designing microservices, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework and Java technologies in a dynamic retail and fashion domain.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as Senior Java Developer/ Technical Team Lead. Preferred full stack developer.
- Design, implement and maintain Java-based product/ applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
- Analyse user requirements to define business objectives
- Envisioning system features and functionality
- Define application objectives and functionality
- Knowledge to build and update application design with documentation
- Develop and Deploy software
- Resolve technical issues and optimisation
- Should have exposure to conversion and redefining for best performance
- Conducting software analysis, testing, and debugging
- Product support with continuous improvement
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a must
- Guide and oversee the day to day activities of the technical team
- Experience with Azure DevOps will be added advantage
- Experience with PLM will be added advantage
- Should be able to join within 3-4 weeks time.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Certifications in Java programming or related technologies are beneficial
