- Oversee and conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) audits in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments, scoping, and testing strategies
- Identify and evaluate IT controls related to financial reporting, including access controls, change management, and data integrity
- Document audit findings, prepare audit reports, and present recommendations for control improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address and remediate identified control deficiencies
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure effectiveness
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices related to ITGC and SOX compliance
