Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead Digital Marketing delivery team on portfolio-projects OR programs.
- Provide program/project leadership, to achieve business objectives, delivering the benefits and satisfying the stakeholders.
- Contribute to TEs business goals, IT strategic plan, and internet technologies and trends to help define and implement the eBusiness strategy.
- Develop portfolio/program plans with budgetary information and resource needs.
- Partner with business teams as technology advisor to understand their needs and priorities and communicate on a strategic and tactical level. Bring new ideas and innovations to create business value.
- Continuous Process Improvements, Drive Automation, Change Management, Risk Management, Problem Management and Stakeholder Management.
- Establish and consistently improve internal processes. Conduct benchmarking activities and drive key success metrics through JIRA tool and confluence reporting.
- Work with a variety of vendor platforms and custom developed solutions.
- Provide leadership to team and ensure overall strategic focus, mission, and culture is in line with expectations.
- Partner with various teams including development, offshore support, operations, database, network, and security to design and implement systems.
- Mentor and build a results-oriented team. Manage technology team including defining work schedules, duties and objectives.
What You'll Need
- PMP certified 18+ years of IT experience implementing enterprise-wide eBusiness solutions with at least 8+ years leadership experience managing multicultural team across the geography and delivering results through others.
- Solid foundation in project management concepts, principles, and practices.
- Professional with agile mindset working on business development for application maintenance and strategic initiatives.
- Rich experience in process compliance, vendor governance, quality and regulatory aspects of the development
- Managing Digital Commerce projects/programs and related technologies in large scale environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills. Must be able to build relationships and communicate effectively to executive and developer levels.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, Quality management and/or change management.
- Need to be well versed in vendor management, employee engagement and delivery dynamics in multi-vendor models.
- Seasoned professional, with program/ project management skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects. Managing cross-functional teams. RFP, SOW preparation.
- Familiar with various Delivery Models with offshore and onshore models and well versed in Project methodologies like Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, RUP Iterative Business oriented, well-versed and extremely responsible practitioner of solid objective-driven project / Program management in software development. Experienced in web technologies.
- Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
- Web/internet technologies including Hybris, AEM, Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Linux, JBoss, WebSphere, Apache, web services, middleware and open-source packages/libraries.
- Functional Knowledge of Commerce, Retail, B2B, B2C, transport, manufacturing domains using Hybris, ATG, Java, J2EE, Endeca, LW, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Demandware, AWS technologies are preferred.
