Role Description
We seek an experienced Lead InSAR Engineer and Developer with a deep understanding of InSAR technology for infrastructure and environmental monitoring at Encardio Rite. The Lead InSAR Engineer and Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with implementing InSAR technology for geotechnical and infrastructure health monitoring projects. This includes data analysis, software development, system integration, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess robust project execution and management skills and comprehensive data handling and analysis knowledge in this domain. While the role is primarily located in India, there is flexibility for some remote work and international applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage InSAR projects, from initial conception to completion and data delivery.
- Develop and implement advanced InSAR systems and methodologies for monitoring infrastructure and environmental changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate InSAR data with other monitoring technologies.
- Provide expert guidance on InSAR data interpretation, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of InSAR technological advancements and incorporate them into our systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver technical insights, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain robust QA protocols for InSAR data and systems.
- Integrate InSAR systems from complimentary providers into Proqio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geosciences, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in InSAR technology and project management.
- Proven expertise in InSAR data acquisition, processing, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in software tools for InSAR analysis and system development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in remote sensing and InSAR.
- Knowledge of surveying and GNSS technologies
- Proficiency in software development and programming languages, such as Python and MATLAB
- Understanding and experience with Machine Learning Algorithms.
