Lead Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with strong technical skills and ability to lead a team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure of our organization, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and reliable. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's infrastructure
• Ensure the infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable
• Manage and lead a team of infrastructure engineers
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the infrastructure
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with the infrastructure
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in infrastructure engineering

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8-15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Experience with managing and leading a team
• Strong technical skills in networking, virtualization, cloud computing, and storage
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
