Responsibilities
Project Management
- Provide technical advice regarding design, execution and optimisation of infrastructure engineering of large projects.
- Lead the integration of existing infrastructure (site and city level) within the proposed designs.
- Study and analyse the existing infrastructure including for traffic, water, power, drainage, SWM, ICT, identify it's a rugmentation needs and integration with the proposed designs.
- Lead and guide the designs for maximum efficiency with optimum cost.
- Prepare / Review the demand projections and develop / review the design basis reports for all infrastructure, MEPF, transport etc designs
Lead the development of Detail Infrastructure Engineering Plans, Phasing, coordinated GFC packages for all services, cost estimation and optimisation
Liasioning And Coordination
- Lead the coordination with and manage the deliverables from the infrastructure / MEPF consultants
Assisting in Liaison with Statutory Authorities for infrastructure engineering aspects.
Compliance Management
Compliances to all applicable standards, rules and regulations for the engineering services

- Lead the cost estimation, evaluation and optimisation of the infrastructure engineering works including coordination with consultants, reviewing options and proposing cost effective alternatives

Team Management
- Contribute to the development of the team through open feedback and coaching. Seek feedback, coaching and developmental assignments for self to learn & grow.
- Encourage the team to contribute ideas to improve ongoing projects and potential projects
- Develop the team with the skills required to deliver the project deliverables
- Develop inert-departmental & inter-personnel departmental integration.
- Review & evaluate performance of the team and guide for improvement areas.
- Motivate the team to meet the targets in time with quality within budget.
Provide required resources and training to team.
Qualifications
B.E. / ME Engineer
18 Years of experience with prior experience of handling 50+ acres of development
