- Your role involves leading the HR operations and talent engagement practices of the firm by partnering with HR and Business leadership.

- employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
- You will lead the employee engagement initiatives of theorganization and partner with business leaders to drive retention of talent.
Position Reports to: Head Human Resources
The key aspects of your role are as follows :
- Support HR leadership and business stakeholders in the design and implementation of highly effective, results-driven talent engagement and people practices.
- Review and draft HR policies and processes in line with business needs and aligned with labour regulations.
- Provide guidance, counsel and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
- Lead the implementation of processes related to employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, investigations and resolution of employee issues.
- Responsible for employee engagement and communication efforts such as townhalls, offsites, team building events, focus group meetings, team huddles, employee helpdesks.
- Lead the planning and execution of performance management processes from goal setting to year end performance evaluations.
- Drive the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives of the firm.
- Create insightful reports and analysis of data to examine employee attrition. Recommend actions and interventions to problem solve challenges from time to time.
- Demonstrate passion for the people agenda of the firm and partner in designing and implementing robust and progressive people practices.

Required knowledge/experience:
- Master s degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR with at least 4 years in HRBP role.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance norms.
- Hands on experience of managing PIP and Disciplinary actions.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
