Job Description

  • Partnering with the senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals overseeing a workforce of 300 - 400 employ base.
  • Developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, managing the HR policies, employee relation issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing the PMS including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms and identifying the Training and development needs.
  • Leading change management efforts related to organisational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / PGDM ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 )
  • 15+ years of experience serving in Tech Product / Healthcare / Shared Services organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage Change initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Individual Contributor role.
