Job Description

Job Title: Lead - Human Resources
  • Reporting to:
Direct reporting to Business Heads
  • Dotted line reporting to Functional Group HR
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the entire gamut of HR activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Compliance, with a team.
  • Handle staffing and HR requirements for 6+ banquets and 10+ corporate catering sites nationwide.
Manpower planning, budgeting, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support organizational growth and objectives.
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.
Foster a positive and engaging work culture aligned with company values and vision.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR data and metrics for insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best HR practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.
Lead and mentor the HR team for their professional growth and development.
  • Experience:
10 to 15 years of experience in Hospitality/QSR/F&B sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in organizations with 500+ employees, managing multiple hotels/outlets/stores/restaurants.
  • Education/Certification:
MBA/PGDM Human Resources
  • Distinguishing Characteristics:
Strong task management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
Proven ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and relationship building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 1,800,
