As our Lead HR & Culture Alchemist, you won't just be managing paperwork. You'll be a strategist, a problem-solver, a conductor of people. You'll be the bridge between our passionate founders and our incredible team, fostering an environment where every voice is heard, valued, and respected.

- Architect of Transformation: Lead the charge in revamping our company culture with strategic initiatives, pulse surveys, stay interviews, and action plans fueled by data and real conversations.
- Talent Whisperer: Spot hidden gems and attract top talent with employer branding magic, a seamless onboarding experience, and development programs that make our people soar.
- Champion of Wellbeing: Cultivate a work environment that fosters inclusivity, respect, and psychological safety with innovative employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Master HR analytics, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive impactful change.
Do you have what it takes to be this alchemist
- 8+ years of experience leading successful HR transformations in high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of building and implementing impactful HR initiatives that drive cultural change and employee engagement.
- Adept at building genuine connections and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Resourceful individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate complex situations with a level head and creative solutions.
- Trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
