Job Description (Posting).

To own a complete vehicle level function and define the function requirements (vehicle behaviors) according to project requirement and feature target To define the physical system architecture to secure the function requirements To perform quality activities (i.e. FMEA, Functional Safety, Cyber Security, ) To investigate and solve problems both in development phase and in market To manage hardware and software release into production and after market To report line manager and project manager Able to derive following deliverables based on the Inputs provided (Project Schedule Requirements, StandardsGuidelines, Instructions of Tools for Design and other documents specific to Project)o Function requirements including use cases and function level schematicso Pugh Matrix to select the concept for function and hardwareo Quality development plan to fulfill design requirement for each stage (B, C, P)o Problem report and analysis, white book for preventive action (1.) To collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into softwareorproduct development. (2.) To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals. (3.) To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback. (4.) To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. (5.) To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
