Design Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the design execution for corporate communication materials, ensuring high standards of creativity, quality, and brand alignment across all media, including presentations, brochures, social media, and websites.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and corporate communications teams to deliver visually compelling assets that support strategic objectives and enhance brand visibility.
Innovation & Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into Straives branding to ensure relevance and appeal.
Feedback & Iteration: Establish a feedback loop for reviewing design outputs, fostering iterative improvements based on team and stakeholder input.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining high standards of design quality.
Tools & Process Development: Develop processes, templates, and tools that improve design efficiency and maintain brand consistency across teams.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience: 4+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and corporate communication design.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Skills:
Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
Experience in maintaining and evolving a visual identity.
