Role - Design Lead
- As a Design Leader at 3rd Planet, you will be doing much more than creating designs. You will lead the creative team to ensure final design products improve the bottom line.
- Oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery.
- Review the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback.
- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Have an eye for aesthetics and visual details, to ensure a quality final product.
- Listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to clients &
- other members of the team.
- Delegate design tasks and provide guidance to junior-level design team members.
- Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients.
- Collaborate across the organisation to drive up standards of digital creativity.
Desired Profile :
5-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency
or design studio.
Managed a design team of at least 3-5 Midweight & Junior designers.
