Full-time Lead Generator

**Location:** (Remote)

**Working Hours:** 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST time

**Key Responsibilities:**

Job Title: Lead Generator - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Remote Lead Enrichment Specialist with a focus on Real Estate. In this role, you will work closely with our leasing agent to attract tenants and meet lead generation quotas.

**Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the leasing agent to find and engage with targeting potential tenants via cold calls and email campagins
• Utilize HubSpot and other tools for lead enrichment and tracking
• Achieve and exceed established quotas for lead generation.
• Identify creative and resourceful methods for identifying new lead sources.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the leasing agent and team.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of lead enrichment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of lead enrichment experience in Real Estate.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
