Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has the zeal to talk to people and generate leads and business for the organization. This opportunity is at our Mumbai office. Details are given below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events
  • Candidate must be comfortable making cold calls and doing lead generation
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile
  • Incumbent will be responsible for talking to Business heads and IT Managers and understand requirements
  • This person will also be responsible for maintaining and building up a database and track interactions and bring on fresh clients in addition to generating business from existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales representatives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role in sales or marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
