Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events
- Candidate must be comfortable making cold calls and doing lead generation
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile
- Incumbent will be responsible for talking to Business heads and IT Managers and understand requirements
- This person will also be responsible for maintaining and building up a database and track interactions and bring on fresh clients in addition to generating business from existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales representatives
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role in sales or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
