Desired Profile
- Should have worked as a full-time Business development or Lead generation specialist for at least period of 2 years.
- Should have some exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Passion for Sales is a MUST
- Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication skills.
- Should be organized and very detailed oriented
- Ability for Data mining
- Should have an understanding of LinkedIn as a platform and have used Sales Navigator before.
- Should be comfortable connecting with prospects on phone and explaining the company's services in targeted specific countries
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities. Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
Responsibilities
As a LinkedIn Lead Generation specialist, your role will include:
- Sell by Chat on LinkedIn:
- You will be sending out new connection requests to target customers on LinkedIn
- Liking, engaging, and interacting with their content on LinkedIn
- Reaching out, opening conversations, and building rapport with these connections
- Adding their data to our CRM tool Hubspot for further lead nurturing.
- Following the chat flow as you will be trained at our office
- The purpose of the chat on LinkedIn will be to book them on a phone call.
- You will be setting up phone Triage calls with these connections
- Booking them in for a detailed call with one of the sales team.
- The number of chat conversations you start, progress per day, and close will impact the lead generation process
- Running a Triage Call :
- You will be running a scripted triage call with a customer and documenting your discussion in the CRM tool.
- The total number of triage calls you book and run will be a key performance metric for you
- Triage calls will be set up with customers from LinkedIn and from Webinar events
- Online Campaign :
- Reach out to customers on different online platforms.
- Execute a Demand Generation Campaign with creative themes
- Your direct responsibilities will include :
- Create high reach to prospect base on LinkedIn on a daily basis
- Build conversations on LinkedIn (You will be trained for this in-house)
- Run Triage calls (You will be trained for this)
- Follow the internal sales process
