Requirements

Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist at Zone IT Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads in the IT and Recruitment Services industry. Your role will play a critical part in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various techniques and tools to identify and target potential clients in the IT and Recruitment Services industry.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute effective outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to engage with prospects and initiate discussions.
  • Qualification: Assess and evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our IT recruitment services.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain regular communication with leads to build and nurture relationships, and provide ongoing assistance and support.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT or Recruitment Services industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well within a team.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively.
